can anyone tell me where it is filmed--its such a lovely place and I cannot see it on the credits

A gorgeous little village called Port Isaac in Cornwall - not too far from Wadebridge.Friends of ours visited it back in July & they say it's as beautiful as it looks on tv.
i dont know but cornwall somewhere ?? good isnt it ..x
its so boring nothing ever happens do you want to know where it was filmed so you can avoid it
Doc Martin is a British television comedy drama starring Martin Clunes. Created by Dominic Minghella, it is filmed on location in and around the fishing village of Port Isaac, Cornwall, with filming of most interior scenes and production carried out in a converted barn at a local farm. So far, there have been two series of the show, with a two-hour special that aired on Christmas Day 2006. Shooting for the third series, which is seven episodes in duration, finished in July 2007, and the new series began on 24 September 2007 on ITV.[1]
It's Port Isaac in Cornwall
Cornwall, i have just come back from there and i want to live there forever, it is beautiful.
Its all so simple that it's a pleasure to watch isn't it, humour that is funny without being coarse, simple down to earth characters - I love watching it, and the scenery is so beautiful you actually want to go there. It is very much like the place my son got married - Covelly in North Devon - so many picturesque places in Cornwall and Devon.
'Your pherenomes smell slightly of urine' after being passionately kissed! So awkward, the poor bloke could be me.....
