Question: Or is he straight? We're on Episode 7 of the first series in the USA, and Ianto is the only character who hasn't at least kissed a member of the same sex. I don't think Gwen is bisexual. Even though she made out with Carys, I think that was just because of the alien's power to make anyone horny. That alient was able to make a gay guy at sperm bank have sex with her. Gosh, this show is so dirty. I love it.

Ianto is bisexual. He ends up having a relationship with Jack that is indicated to be both sexual and romantic/emotional. We see them make out. The actor also confirmed Ianto is bi. The relationship will continue in some form in the next season, although Ianto also gets a new partner (gender unknown right now).

I think Ianto is still so stuck on his old girlfriend "cyberwoman" that we probably won't find out for a while.
In the grand scheme of things, does it really matter?
It's a good show, it's well written, well cast, well acted, and I'm looking forward to Series 2.
