Vista users, why wont this site work? FLASH player?!

I want to watch degressi online, and I used to be able to on my old computer and now it wnt work on this new one where I have Vista. It says I need flash player 8 or higher but I downloaded it so many times and it keeps saying the same thing. Is it just my comp or is it the site?

i have vista and was able to view the site fine!!! just make sure you fully completed the download!!
