NO...It comes from an 80s movie called Wildcats with Goldie Hawn. The movie is about a woman football coach that takes over a team in a very tough inner city school. It stars pre-famous Woody Harrelson and Wesley Snipes.
In the movie these really overweight and poorly dressed cheerleaders revolutionize cheerleading. It really was the first time anyone had seen cheerleaders like these girls. They danced what would now be called 'hip-hop' and have new cheers.

It comes from the one-hit-wonder performed by Daphne and Celeste, an American duo who didn't have much in the way of further success.
I imagine it means, "You have no excuse for your ugliness," but that's just a guess.
