I don't understand this season of House?!

They are still writing them into the show so we still know what's going on with them. Dr.Foreman was Head of Neurology at Mercy Hospital after he quit his job with House he has since been fired from that job and he is now unemployed. Since Dr.Cameron quit her job with House she is working in the ER. Since Dr. Chase got fired he is working in the Surgery department. I still look for one if not all of them to be back on House's staff before we know it!!!
They keep showing us what's going on with them.
