Question: I stopped watching after that episode when they mailed lincoln the box, i heard the box had sarah's head in it? what's going on? did lincoln tell michael yet??? damn, i stopped watching cause i felt the story was going nowhere, now that they killed sarah?, whats the point of michael getting out, he will feel like **** and would want to die? did lincoln tell michael that sarah is dead?

Yes it was Sara, no Lincoln has not told Michael because he still needs him to break out for LJ's sake. Sarah Wayne Callies could not come to an agreement with the studio for her maternity leave so they what the writers had to come up with. She only had 12 episodes left anyway if she didn't get killed off now. The show will still be great. Keep watching.
