Buffy's New Slayer?!
Question: Did anyone ever notice that after Buffy died the second time, a third slayer didn't turn up...I wanna know...WHY?! It just doesn't make sense, unless the slayer can only die once for another to come, but still...Anyone got any idea's?

When Buffy "died" at the end of Season 1, Kendra was "activated." When Kendra died at the end of Season 2, Faith was "activated." The Slayer line now passed through Faith, so another wouldn't be called until she died. That's why another Slayer wasn't called when Buffy died at the end of Season 5.
Of course, this all means nothing now, since Buffy activated all the potential Slayers at the end of Season 7.
