I didn't pay that close attention to the photo but this could be possible. Lily's dad was a big mobster too and he could have saved her somehow and she was pregnant with a boy at the time of her death of course they would have had to age the character because this was all in the last 12-13 years. But with a soap anything is possible. Kate and Sonny never had sex in their previous relationship.
that is genius! of course it is that would be why zacharra is soo protective of Jonny where Sonny is concerned. Maybe Spinelli is the actural son of Zacharra can we say baby switch!
I have a feeling Johnny and Leticia had something going on. When Jason held him in his apt. he said Johnny was acting funny when he asked him about Leticia. He's been scared about his "people" picking up Lulu because she's close to him, maybe they killed Leticia because Johnny loved her and his father didn't like it...because Leticia worked for Sonny...his real dad.
I started watching after the lily thing but now that you have mentioned this scenario it is definitely possible. Sonny does seem to procreate quite frequently ... didn't realize Spinelli doesn't know his parentage but interesting spin ...
Good theory!! I didn't notice the photo myself but will certainly be looking next time they have a scene there. As for Lily not being killed - anything is possible in soapland that's for sure. I heard that Spinelli would turn out to be Sonny and Kates kid, too. I'm dying to find out who his parents are tho.
Johnny's not of hispanic descent. Lily and Sonny are so he couldn't be their son, right? Maybe he's Anthony and Lily's son?
