I was really sad to see Vinny go but I hope it works out wonderfully for him and his family. I don't blame him for wanting more for his family. He worked there five years and was still in the same position as he started in. There was no room for advancement for him.
Losing Vinny might cause a small drop in the ratings but I think most people watch it to see Sr., Jr, and Mike fighting and the completed bikes.
I do think that progress on the bikes will slow down though. Vinny was so very productive. He worked extremely hard on the bikes and could do basically every part of the production process. I think they will struggle during production of the theme bikes for a while.
probably because he is the most talented bike man they have..........and the most under-rated........and ratings will suffer cuz the level of craftsmanship will obviously drop.......
