The Simpsons are a television sitcom designated to entertain new viewers, and take a dump on the old ones. Those people whom newly witness the dumb antics of Homer think its funny. And the writers and producers when to Brown so some of them dont know crap about good comedy.
But the simpsons are a good show, when they want to be. Some episodes are mature and some are plain unfunny. So maybe one, i like you, witnesses a great simpson episode.

i wish they could do what they did with the rugrats cartoon
i realise they have shown them grown up but thats only with visions of the future id love for them to do the simpson kids all grown up living on their own i think its about time they grow up.
