It`s another con. I regularly sent in to their competitions so made a claim. When the form arrived I had to provide an itemised bill showing I had made the calls, but I`m not on a contract so do not have any proof of calls.

I don't think they will. I think they'll just pretend until they're found out and have to pay more.
Yes, they are going to compensate and they say they are giving back around ￡35million to the quiz-enterers. i'm not sure when they are giving refunds but in April 2008 their new phone-in laws will be put in so people won't get charged when the calls aren't put through. i also think GMTV are already refunding ripped-off viewers gradally as we speak.
I doubt it . . . they will probably create another money grabbing scam . . . you prob have to phone in to collect you refunded money (and you will prob be charged alot to phone in!!)
they are all as bad as each other everybody should boycott al phone in,s for ever
