How much "reality" is there in THE HILLS?!

it has to be staged. they call someone in utah and a camera just "happens" to be there. lauren and heidi both "happen" to be in the same restraunt....
You can totally tell it is staged. I mean, what are the odds Heidi and Lauren end up in the same restraunt.
im sure some is real and some is staged but either way its a good show :)

Its real and fake. most of it is scripted, you can tell by how they look at the camera alot.

I dont think its staged, i think that they might suggest hey heidi why dont you go to dinner this place tonight, so there like okay and then they are like lauren why dont u go to this resturant all you need is that and so i dont thnk it is really stagged maybe just lots of suggesstion
the conversations are staged for the show. but the drama is real.. im guessing .. cuz lauren is always crying lol
