Why does law and order svu have so many ex cast members of OZ on it as guest rol!
Question: so besides the lead guy dective and the asian guy who wre obvisouly on OZ, it seems everytime i turn it on i see an old cast member of OZ as a guest star, or whatever why is that?

Both shows were Wolf Productions shows, and producers (and directors) seem to like working with the same actors. Case in point: James Cameron (Terminator, Aliens,Titanic), you'll see a lot of Michael Biehn and Bill Paxton in his movies. I noticed the Oz/L&O connection with the 1st show came on, but SVU came out, it became really obvious.

Yeah there are alot of OZ characters, but I have no idea why because the shows were created by different people. Maybe same casting directors.
