I like her! she just trying her best to raise her family! which probably is pretty difficult.
I think she's cool. She really gets along great with her kids. I'm sure she seems controlling because she's got so much to do.

I don't think the Mom is creepy, I think the Dad is creepy...never does anything except tell everyone else what to do and how to do it.
She can get a bit creepy. I think the dad needs to grow a set. Have you seen the way those kids talk to him sometimes? Telling him to "shut up" and other stuff. If my kids ever talked to me like that they would be sitting at the table with a bar of soap in their mouth!
She has four kids to help raise and a huge farm to help run so she has to be in control. If you watch the show then you know that the kids are a bit wild so she has to be somewhat strict to keep things in check. I wouldn't want to have all of her responsibilities. She does a great job of keeping it all together.
