Are you talking about Courtney and do you mean "possible Anorexia"? Because she is the super skinny blonde and just looking at her she looks like she will blow away in a strong wind...lol!
Actually, who knows what will happen but in her bio it says that being thin runs in her family...so I'm sure she's not Anorexic like some have suggested. She is very weak though and does pretty very poorly in the challenges, so I'm sure she will not last very long and will definitely NOT be the ultimate survivor!
