From the looks of it they are both trying to wear the pants, it may actually be a good thing because it keeps their relationship spicy...which is something Matt needs because you lose a lot of excitement in your relationship when "what are they thinking" is no longer a question.
I'd say they are a way better couple than Claire and the flying dude! Or at least, much more exciting to watch.

im gonna say mohinder. hes the one with the sweet job. but then matt can read his mind and knows waht he wants. sorta like what women want thing going on maybe. the girls got more pants than those peoples.
Who said they got legal custody? Remember, at the end of last season, they were in the PrimaTech building, killing a few PrimaTech people. Matt and Mohinder took her to protect her from PrimaTech; and considering PT's activities, it's not like they can tell anyone. And why does someone always have to "wear the pants". They're looking out for her best interests. At least Mohinder is. I think Matt is becoming conflicted.
