Record yourself saying them and replay it over and over again.
Best tip I had for remembering long speaches was to learn the last bit first and work to the front (paragraph by paragraph not word by word!)
If you start from the top, then you do the first bit a million times and the end once, working backwards, it all evens out.
Yes. Read them. Then read them again. Then again, and again, and again. Until you are absolutely sick of reading them. And then read them some more. And again, and again. Then when you feel like you could tear your hair out, then read them again. And again. And again. And again. And scream. And then read them again.
Sorry, but it's the only way. You need to have them burned into your brain to the degree that they can come without you thinking about them. You have a great job, and this is the price you have to pay :-(
