Heroes Downloads.....Help?!

Question: Iam try to download the season 2, of heroes, episodes 1-4, think thats all its out now, ..... i have downloaded a few torrents but they are always bad quality or in another language.....been on a good few torrent sites but cant find any in english... any help would be great!
