they put these programmes on to make you feel better about your own life and to be thankful that you don't live or behave like these characters
are they for real?
i doubt it - they are probably all actors and actresses from an ugly agency (they do have them - for character actors etc - and daytime telly)

Lol it seems like it,I mean no offence,but I don't understand how someone can come on saying (Iam sure I saw this once-Mother to Daughter) 'You said that you slept with my Partner in my bed' and how they can expose there personal business like that.
