Nope, Battlestar Galactica will start its fourth season in February of 2008. There will be 22 (20? 2 different things are said in two different articles) episodes in this final season, but it is unknown whether they will run straight or whether they will be split into two 11 (10?) episode mini-seasons. Razor is a prequel that is related but not completely tied in.
