because "ghetto" people can't afford a nanny........
chances are the people in the ghetto aren't applying for help to the show.... whereas the more wealthy people are.....
In the ghetto, they just send their kids outside and lock the door. Their nanny is the street...bums, gang members, drug dealers and gats. All free of charge.

And everyone these days spoil their kids, regardless of class. We live in a very spoiled and "self absorbed" time period in America and many developed nations.
