Yes I agree he is showing his age more and it is not only forgetfulness, he repeats himself too and it does get rather boring and irritating. Patience Bluebell - I know I will be his age one day!!!!!

How old is he 80?, I'm half his age and don't think I could do a better job. I think like Anne Robinson(although she's solved it) He's suffering from bad script writers syndrome which is curable!
