They are trying to tell the world that you don't follow the fashion. Maybe you mismatch your clothes (mismatch shape, mismatch colors, etc), maybe your clothes are dirty and/or ragged, maybe you wear baggy clothes that don't fit you well, etc. Bottom line is, you don't have good sense of style. But, it seems like they care about you so they want to help you out. I would love to get one of those makeovers. I know what to wear or not what to wear but I know that there are a lot of things that I still need to learn.
