How was the Dr. Phil Show today to you?!
Question: I watched a little of the show... I thought it was interesting..but I just can't stand Dr. Phil anymore..."How's that workin' for ya"? Makes me want to barf!

I thought Dr. Phil was trying a little too hard to find the characteristics of possible male school shooting killers but at the end he floored me when he said he didn't think opening up health records would be useful.
I'm not sure what the rhyme or the reason for so many school shooting killers,although the kid in Philly whose mother bought him an assault rifle and had no problem with the arsenal in his room is probably part of his problem. Like a 14 year old kid needs an assault rifle. Like anyone unless you're in the military or the police department needs an assault rifle. I thought those things were banned for sale in the US?
I think alot of the time blame falls on the type of home these kids come from. Parental influences, family influences, mental illness history, violence and abuse history all play a major effect into what turns a kid into a killer. Self-esteem issues , bullying etc.
Frankly I think all schoolboards and schools should either trained social workers or psychologists in every school, might prevent alot of the problems kids face as teens today. But one thing for sure is parents have to stop saying not my darling and actually see and know what your kid is up to and not bury your head in your work or your religion or whatever.

Not sure where my Generation went wrong, these are our children.
I was bullied, had an arsenal at home. Most every High School Male with a Pickup had a Gun Rack in above the rear window. The Gun Rack had One-Two Hunting Rifles and or Shotguns.. Loaded and the Truck was unlocked.
I never once thought about walking out to the parking lot, opening one of the truck doors, removing one of the rifles, shotguns, walking back into the school and start killing students and teachers.
I Blame the Shoot 'em up Video Games.
i don't think much of the show anymore, he's just like the rest of them now. his show on the shooting was ok, but he could have done better.
