She staged a crime scene, her own. Stole a body(the clone) and blew up a car. I'd say that's serious. As far as her returning I was stumped as well. It's like tra-la-la I am alive so what. The writers have had a lot of explaining to do from the beginning now it's just getting worse. Like Kara... please since when was SuperGirl in Smallville???? THey take a lot of liberties with the Superman world. But I guess you have to just pretend it's separate from the others. Cool note. Dean Cain will be on next week. She faked her own death and and technically someone else went to jail for allegedly "killing" her (even though it was Lex's attourneys or lawyers or whatever that that blamed it on someone else and that guy that went to jail volunteered)
