season 3 hasn't even come out yet in england, and neither has ads started showing for season 4, and seeing as england always gets the dvd and the episodes before australia, i'd say you were in for a long wait

It should be any time now. It just came here in the U.S. this week or maybe last week.
I don't know about season 3 on DVD. I don't buy stuff I've already seen. If I want it; I tape it each week as it comes on.

Season 4 just started here recently in th US. so it should be soon. And yes season three is on dvd you can get it from Wal*Mart, Target, and any other stores like that .
