Lex found her on last weeks episode in China, and told her she could come back and not be scared. Apparently she faked it by herself as she found a clone of herself to plant in the car and then she escaped in a truck and blew it up from a safe distance. Lois is around she just wasn't there tonight. Lionel was dragged off in the first episode this season not much other than that has happened with him. Cara, spelled Kara, is Supergirl from the comics and is Clarks cousin from Krypton.
