Answers: I use to watch Star Trek Voyager as often as I could but somewhere down the road I stopped watching. I think because the season reset....anyways, recently I watched the last few episodes of the show and Kess wasn't in them. She wasn't even talked about at all. So what happened to her? Did she die or what?

No she didn't die. Kess was developing mental powers that Tuvoc was helping her to explore and control. Kess started to explore these powers and found that she was beyond the limits of what voyager had to offer so she moved on to the next level of her existence. However, she did make a guest appearance on a later episode and she was evil. It was basically just an excuse to get rid of her because she wasn't a sexy enough alien female to excite the male audience so they pushed her out to make room for the Goddess of Borg, Jeri Ryan as, 7 of 9.
