Question: American Idol, Is rather boring now, Yet the auditions I think alot of people toon in and then when it comes down to the actual voting off, nobody watches. It's just a waste sometimes ya know yet I encourage alot of singers to make it. Even though it is a mainstreem kind of commercialised show.

I am sick of AmID...it is so overated and overplayed...and I don't have to watch this season.
im tired of it, its been on to long its not even interesting anymore. but kudos to those who like it still. only fun is the losers at the beginning that can't sing!
I like to watch the first few episodes of them trying to make the cut, it's usually pretty funny.

I love American Idol !!!! It is by far one of the funniest reality shows out!
Its overrated! I only watch in the begin at the people who are TERRIBLE! and then sometimes at the end of the season just to see how good the final people are!

After the last horrible season, and the big joke that was Sanjaya, I am finally done with the show, and hope it gets cancelled. It takes up too much of my time.
I'm looking forward to it but I hope it's not like last season. If it continues like that I will stop watching it. I hate gimmicks, I just want to see good singers in a competiition! No drama!
Sick and tired. I am even bored of making fun of stupid people- because AI and the media has shown us what goes into the audition process. They pick the bad singers over good ones just to make good TV.
"american idol" is way past its expiration date. i think it's rigged from the start. it's a popularity contest not a singing contest. the ones who don't win are usually the ones who get singing contracts
last season was a bust! blake lewis had the best perfomance during the week bon jovi was the musical mentor.
that was wonderful!
but everyone else was pretty lackluster
i read somewhere that last season had the lowest ratings since the show began.
hopefully they will pick more talented people!
I am excited I love singing
Like most people, I'd rather watch auditions. After that it's just ... so boring. Half the time it's just drawing out tension, then - SURPRISE - a commercial every five seconds. I may watch the last few episodes just to see who got down to the finals, but that's it.
Very tired of it!
