At the end we learn that her dad is Nathan Petrelli.

Peter managed to regenerate without being near Claire. Christopher Eccleston (Claude) is teaching him to 'let go' of his emotions so that he can control the powers he has absorbed. Peter, though, thinks he needs to use his emotions.

Sylar escaped, and attacked Claire's mum, but HRG came back and shot him. He managed to get away though.

Jessica attacked the shrink, and Linderman got Niki out of prison.

Hiro persuaded his father to let him continue on his misson; he showed him that his sister was better suited for running the company.
