Answers: It was wrong of Michael and Rex to play god with peoples lives. Rex should told Tod months ago that he found his son. Instead having Todd running around on a goose chase and trying to find his son. Two wrongs do not make a right. Michael should of told the truth too. About Todd being Tommy's biological father. And now Marcie took off with Tommy. Yes! what Spencer did was wrong too - the entire town is paying for it now. He got what he wanted when he played his latest trump card. But the ones who are suffering the most is Tommy and Todd. Todd deserves his son back. Just because he has made bad choice in his past. It doesn't make him a bad person, now. He is a good father and there is nothing he wouldn't do for jack and star. He love those kids very much. I think one time - todd told blair that his kids are the best of him. And he did something when he and blairhad the kids.His life may not be perfect. But who is. Don't even get me starteed on john. He is supose to up hold the law and he let his personal feelings for his brother get in the way of doing his job as a cop. So - i am glad bo suspended him. Maybe he will think twice now before taking the law into his own hands

I believe Michael and Rex should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law, but since this is soap land this will probably not happen.
John only new for a short while, he should be punished (he is suspended now) and I don't think he should be reinstated.
Everyone seems to think because Todd is not a model citizen he does not have rights, but he does.
The law applies to everyone, even so called "good people". Yes, what happen to Michael and Marcie is terrible, but the child is Todds not theirs.

Rex and Michael should both be punished because they were the ones who truly broke the law. I think Rex should just get his PI liscense taken away and Michael should get like probabtion or something. As for John, he was punished enough by suspending him, but I don't think it will last which isn't really fair. But look how many times Antonio has been suspended and then given his job back any time there is a new case. Marcy definately should get in trouble for taking him though. I t really made me mad that they weren't treating it as if she had kidanapped him at first. I mean seriously you think the social worker would have been a little more concerned about the fact she took off. Of course she was taking him!

mike & rex technically aided & abetted a kidnapping.
& marcie, well yeah she just straight up kidnapped tommy.
& john totally abused his position & should no longer be allowed to be a cop.
but i hear marty is leaving town so maybe john will go with her.
i heard marcie's leaving too so it doesn't look like todd will get tommy any time soon.
rex will get a new love interest so i doubt he gets in trouble.
& michael...well he's always been lame..& he always seems like he's drugged up or drunk (the actor not the character) so i hope he leaves.

They should all be procecuted to fullest extent, but they won't be because Todd is who he is, so again art imitates life in how the judcial system is biased. If it were Todd on the "wrong" side, YOU KNOW he would be finger printed a week ago. But Beau and John, not EVEN a cop, take their sweet time while Marcy trotts off with his son...2 HOURS?!?!?! Yes Michael and Rex should be punished some how without taking them of the show, at least to long. make Mike do community work in the medical field and Rex I don't know. John just found out and was trying to figure out the best way to tell everyone so his involvement should be nothing. Marcie was clear until she took off now she is in even more trouble than would she of been. But I can totally understand her feelings and reasons for taking off. I wish it would of worked out for all involved mostly Tommy. An adoptive parents worst nightmare to have their child that they love and cherished taken away.
