Any ad featuring a car! Why are there so many car commercials?? Take a look sometime when watching network television. Every block of commercials there are like two or three car ads.

Two that I hate most: the cavemen Geico ones and the Nutri-system ones.
They are shown so often, I know their lines! I can say exactly what they say.

The most annoying advert on the television lately is one advertising a "comedy" programme on Paramount. It involves a black youth, rapping something along the lines of, "I'm from the ghetto, me and my mum shop at Netto." My girlfriend and I have to turn over when it comes on, due to the cringe-worthy garbage.

That diet pill commercial for Lipozine or whatever. It's like three minutes long with the worst actors ever! I have to change the channel when it comes on!

AUUUGGGGH maybe the ad company figured if they annoyed us bad enough we would have to buy their product to get rid of the headaches their commercials caused.
