well i did some digging for you ,and it turn out that its too early to have it online ,so you need to wait for couple days and then you might have it online in youtube.com or @ torrent links because it seems people didn't get the chance to upload it in the net .

I'm pretty sure that on friday and saturday nights on USA they show the re-runs of House. It may be a week from now or so, but at least you can watch it on tv (good quality) and not pay.
