How often is kid nation taped?!
Question: I was wondering how often they do a taping of kid nation because I had really wanted to be on it next season but today was the deadline for the applications. It said next year I think. But do they do a show every year or every like 6 months (assuming the show makes it and there is more then two seasons). So what I'm asking is when will the next oppurtunity to apply for the show be?

They have stopped taking applications for the 2nd Season and will be reviewing them until the after the 1st of the year. As for taping it will be next Spring as it was last year.They just didn't air it until Fall.
Right now they are only taping one session a year.
The ratings are pretty good so far but there have been no announcements to speed up the schedule or double tape sessions ( 2 in one year ) as of yet.
Stay tuned more info may come out as the show continues to air and becomes more popular.
Don't worry there will definitely be a Kid Nation 3 at the least.

There Is Going to be atleast one more season because they have applicaitions on the internet at CBS.com So I Think There's going to be atleast four seasons
