My brother and cousin watch heroes, and according to them it is very bloody and scary. It depends on the kinds of things you like and how hard you can handle things. Thirteen in most likely okay, but may be a little to scary to watch by yourself. Unless you have watched many bloody, scary things.

OMG of course I know 10 or 11 year olds that watch it. Im 13 its nothing bad at all. Thats like saying if its okay for a 12 year old to watch X-Men. The worst thing that can happen on that show is a little blood here and there.

hmm.. well , i like that show, and it does resemble Xmen alot, i think Xmen is like PG13, so i would say 13 and over is good.. Enjoy the show.

Although this is my favorite show and I'm a huge fan I have a very hard time watching it at times. I don't like violent or gory movies or TV shows and spend a lot of the show with my hand over my face. But the writing, storyline, special effects, actors and characters are excellent. I would say that no one under 14 should watch the show and if you're scared easily or if you don't like violence then maybe you shouldn't watch it at all.
For the people who have answered this question that say it's a 'little bloody' you must be completely desensitized. It is VERY bloody and NOT for children.
Yes, and "Heroes" is the most amazing TV show on TV! All of my friends watch it, I'm 14, but my brother who is 10 watches it and it is fine. There isn't anything inappropriate, just some violence and a little blood sometimes.

Watch it but get some background on the plot or else you will be lost the whole show.
oh thirteen is a perfect age to watch it, tons of people younger than you have watched and loved it. i am sure u will love it too. enjoy it, i know i do. :-)
