I wanted to reach through the tv and slap Lucky for calling her an unfit mother. If Jason being in her life is such a danger, how come he has only ever saved her when Lucky, the cop couldn't protect her!? I would use everything against Lucky included that he slept with a teenager, that could qualify for molestation, you'd think. PLus he has been the one having extramarital affairs, not her, and Sam did indeed put her and the kids in danger. I figure this is when Jakes's paternity will come out, finally.

Lucky thinks Jake is his son. So he is fighting for more parental rights. That is normal in many divorce cases.
I agree that this will cause Liz to fight back, with all the issues about Sam. The problem will be when she gets angry enough to tell Lucky he has zero rights to both of her boys and that Jake is NOT his son.
At that point she will have no choice but to admit she lied on the stand in court. Then Jason will have to step up and take care of Jake, with Liz sitting in the pokey!
I have a feeling this divorce is going to get very very ugly and I cant wait to watch the fall out! :)

i am sure that they will use those in the custody hearing at first but to win i bet they will finally use the fact that jake isn't really lucky's son.
