Answers: Prison Break every time, Wentworth Miller ooh baby!!!! ;0)
Tough one-I love both shows, but if I have to chose I will taken Prison Break because I feel the acting and writing is better.
Prison Break
Im gonna say lost cos ive only ever seen the first few episodes of prison break (must get box set!!)
Lost- hands down.
LOST!!

Prison Break was awesome the first season and it is better this season then last season but Lost is still the better show....
Lost, because it has a plan to last five seasons with an ending to the story. I used to like Prison Break more when it had a planned story for two seasons - this third season is a rehash of Season 1 in a different country. Just does not do it for me.
Prison break but there both starting to drag on a bit, but lost I just had to give up on that one to cryptic for words!.
I love both, but I have to vote Prison Break because my head doesn't want to explode while watching it. How many people are on that "deserted" island, anyway? Sheesh! Any minute now Michael Caine's gonna walk out of the jungle...
they're both in my favorite shows to watch. i would say prison break because every episode keeps u on the edge of ur seat. last season on lost they were about 4 or 5 straight episodes that were boring but still a great show
Lost, without a doubt. Prison Break treats female characters horribly. The women are either victims (like the two who were tied up when the escapees were getting the treasure or the women that T-Bag brutalized), pathetic (like Maricruz, who never had a backbone, and whose story pretty much was about how she wasn't strong enough to make up her mind about which guy she wanted to be with), corrupt and/or irredeemably evil (like the VP and this season's Susan), or are killed off (like LJ's mom, Veronica and now Sara).

That's not even counting the creative bankruptcy inherent in the rip-off of Se7en used just for shock effect.

Lost knows how to have complex characters of both genders and their plotlines (while also pushing the boundaries of realism) are much more cohesive and compelling. I mean, come on! There is no way on earth that T-Bag could have survived the injuries that he has, for one. I could list more, but I'm already too depressed about the events of last night. (I am no longer watching the show because of that ridiculous stunt.) I have much more faith in the writers of Lost than the writers of Prison Break.
prison break
