Absolutely ! He was not only the most proficient , technically skilled and consistent Chef in the top 3.
The meal that he prepared for the Finale was better than the other 2 Chefs and had only minor mistakes.
Casey's meal was loaded with mistakes and her best dish was the one Howie made for her.
Dale did a good job but his Lobster Dish was a failure on several levels and " inedible " according to the Judges.
That hurt him when it came time the Judge the overall meal.

Hung won Top Chef fair and square with superior cooking skills and techniques .
This is Top Chef after all NOT Top Personality !

I didn't taste the food, so I it's not fair for me to judge. But, he was the contestant who seemed to know the most about food. I was rooting for Hung.
