Classic Star Trek: "General Order 24" What did Scott say?!

Question: What was Scott's exact announcement to the planet before implementing General Order 24? I remember pieces of it, like, "In 2 hours we open fire. You have that long to surrender your prisoners!" The speech was short but effective, but what was it? I think that was my favorite scene of all time, with Kirk only able to blurt out, "Scotty! General Order 24, 2 hours!" before he was cut off, acting Captain Lt Cdr Scott gravely acknowledging, "Aye, Captain, General Order 24!" and the crew looking at him open-mouthed and wide-eyed, with the viewer not yet aware that "General Order 24" meant the immediate and utter annihilation of the entire planet. Chills! Don't you wish you could tell someone that? Like the entire nation of Iran or Iraq?

From "A Taste of Armageddon":

"This is the commander of the U.S.S. Enterprise. All cities and installations on Eminiar 7 have been located, identified,
and fed into our fire control system. In 1 hour and 45 minutes,
the entire inhabited surface of your planet will be destroyed. You have that long to surrender your hostages."

It was one of Scotty's finest moments, exceeded only by his response to Kirk's announcement that Kirk would stay behind to beam the landing party back to our universe in "Mirror, Mirror."

One word: "Jim!"

The only time he ever called the captain by his first name.
Dude, I am so sorry for you
scotty said" captain" drive me boldly ..that no man has gone before"
