well deans got a lot of issues to work out and I want to know who the girl with the knife is ? She most likely a demon to protect sam dont ya think?

I loved it but I am curious where Ellen went. Her bar burnt down and she should have at least been seen briefly in the premiere since she was there when the gate opened.

Just my random observation that bugged me a bit.
