Hiro in 1671 with his hero, Kensei (who has power of regeneration). Hiro's father murdered by someone who is after the original Heroes. Nathan is a drunk whose wife has left him. Peter wound up in a crate in Ireland, captured by Irish mobsters. Mohinder and Matt live together, have "custody" of Molly. HRG, Claire and rest of family in hiding from PrimaTech. Claire met guy named West who can fly. See below for Sylar info.

10/08/07 Episode. Claire and West got into it because he kept getting in her face about her toe growing back. She finally admitted it but told him she didn't want people to know she wa sa freak because they would take her away to study, poke and prod her. So he picked her up and flew off with her. Imagine her surprise. In their talk later, she saw two marks on his shoulder (like Matt has), when she asked him about it, he told her that when they were living in St. Louis he was riding his bike one day when he saw a man staring at him, and that the next thing he remember was waking up in his bed the next day. Then he described HRG to her. Once again, imagine her surprise.
Mohinder is still undercover working for The Company; during his job he discovered a painting that Isaac had done that shows HRG dead.
Sylar is alive and well; was being held by Candace (remember the shape shifter?), who already had another face. There were apparently plans to use or study Sylar; but he killed Candace instead. The only problem was he didn't gain her powers. In fact he doesn't appear to have any powers at all now and he's mad as h*** about it.
Peter helped the Irish people to rob a bookie operation; before they went, Peter "heard" one of them thinking about robbing the gang after they robbed the bookie; he told the lead guy who didn't believe him. Well, the robbery went off as planned because Peter threw the armored car at the bookie's people; then when they got back to wherever, sure enough that guy tried to rob them. Peter's powers kicked in again, but the Irish chick kept him from killing the guy. Peter has decided not to pursue his true identity.
Nikki took Micah to New Orleans to stay with his great aunt (Nichelle Nichols - Uhuru on Star Trek) so she could "get herself better". The next time we see her, she's at PrimaTech thinking they can "cure her".
Hiro convinced Kensei that he was a Hero too, and he actually did some good. Ando pulled out the sword and found an inscription on the handle that told him to open it. There were messages in there that Hiro had written in 1671 and placed in the sword. When Kensei hooked up (sort of) with the Japanese girl, Hiro thought his job was done, but when he tried to teleport Back to the Future, he couldn't, so apparently there's something else he has to do.
