It doesn't start until mid-season. "After Sunday Night Football concludes its season in January 2008, the network will unveil a new regular lineup. After the return of Dateline NBC (7 pm/ET) the 18th season of Law & Order (8 pm/ET) will premiere, followed by the fourth season debut of Medium (9 pm/ET) and the premiere of the sexy new dramedy Lipstick Jungle (10 pm/ET)." So, Sundays at 8 starting in January it will be back.

This is, of course, assuming you're talking about the Mothership and not Criminal Intent, which premiered October 4th at 10pm on USA and will remain on USA, with possible repeats airing on NBC.

Law and Order SVU is on Tuesday's at 10 pm EST on NBC.

And yes Law and Order Criminal Intent is on the USA cable network on Thursdays.
