Answers: The actress who plays Lexie Grey, Meredith's half sister, is Chyler Leigh. I'm guessing she'll end up with George somehow...he seems to be going after every woman on this show (first Meredith, then Callie, then Izzie)--either Lexie's bound to be the next girl or Christina. =P Its her half sister and her name is Lexie. its lexie grey and i hope she doesnt end up with anyone and they dont kep her on the show, she just seems to be in the way. As of right now it doesn't seem like they have anyone for her unless she gets with that doctor that sleeps with everyone other than that the other storylines in greys seem to be taken more precedence right now. I think Lexie seem to much of a good girl to get with anyone. I think its really distracting in the show, and, although it create conflisct for Merideth, Merideth made it clear she want nothing to do with Lexie.
