I read that Direct TV will be offering the show online- for a Price- very soon I know that clips are being uploaded to youtube but I'm not sure of full episodes.

nbc.com is also showing clips of the show too

Like the person above me said, Direct TV is offering a Pay-Per-View type thing with the show. $20/month to view Passions online. More info is at the NBC site. I dont watch it but you can download a few episodes of the show at http://sharetv.org
