Is it me or should The Green Arrow get his own series?

either tv series or a animated series.The reason whey I bring this up is because i watched the Batman and his character was on there.He's also made apperance on smallville.They should make a spin off from smallville having chloe moving to star city since there suppose to be making a movie about green arrow going to prison or whatever.Dc comics need to move on from Batman and superman and bring another character to the big screen or small screen.Here's my cast for a green arrow tv series.

Chole.... Allison Mach

Black Canary.... Elisha Cuthbert

Answers: i dont think they should. they already tried with Aquaman with Justin Hartley and that bombed so i think they are stopping with the super heros. but they are making a Justice League movie and hes going to be in it! yeah!
