It's the song played in the intro credits and end credits

Answers: "When I am through with you" by the VLS based out of L.A., noone seems to be able to find it for download but the band does have a myspace page. If you have one you might be able to link the song to yours. Great show, can't wait to find out how the season ends.
Also if you like Rose Byrne, 28weeks later is being released this coming week, and she was in Sunshine which should be on DVD by the end of the year.
