Some troll reported it ... I appealed, and yahoo gave me the points back. I was shocked... they never even usually answer my complaints...

you know me....*smiles* babe can't believe you are still up , did you see my question tonight about whipass chick got deleted someone answered it and then the question was deleted i don't get it ,. i have gone a whole week treading carefully and i mentioned i wander what she's up too and it was gone its crazy x I've never been violated in that way before....so I wouldn't know ;o) i once got a violation for saying that i wanted liverpool to win the league. this was in the football section and if you cannot even say who you want to win the league then what can you say??!! i appealed and they directed me to the community guidelines. no refund on any points. Well..that's good. It looks like Yahoo is really fixing up. I had long decided that it wasn't worth complaining as yahoo did not respond....but I will appeal now.
Mind you....I have not had a violation for a while..so maybe they are also catching some malicious reporting too.
Edit...But you know that you are sailing close to the wind again with this 'question' Or not a real question....lol I have been reported for really silly things. I've complained but never got the points back. You were really lucky its never happened to me Well as you know, I have some pretty naughty answers and not one time has any of them been pulled by yahoo however, i asked a question that had a choice of 3 answers and they violated me! I complained and never heard a thing bout it. Oh by the way the question was for 2 easy points. How has your day been so far? good bad or whacked? So now I will just smile!!! It's good to see praise for something we have moaned about for so long I have never had anything but the standard response before, so I stopped bothering to appeal. I might try again next though ........... and I'm sure there will be a next time !! God what have you got we haven't I've never been answered yet I bow down to you I think you really must have those wings of steal lol i answered a racist question by one of the trolls themselves (this when I was young and naive!) and got a violation. didn't bother appealing as i did call her a 'racist pig'...however...just one of those things and I guess it makes the trolls happy to sit clicking 'report' all day!!! Better not name and shame or I'll get another lol! Good for you...I get violated and tried twice to appeal...All I got was some numbskull trying toi give me the rules of the yahoo team...Ha! Like that was going to help...Sure am glad to see someone getting things done! Way to go guy! I got a big V today for a question I answered two weeks ago!!
So i'm going to try and appeal, if I don't get my points back I'm nicking them off you! Hey! If I get violated I email them and ask why! But the sods never reply.
