Does Dr. Cox on "Scrubs" whistle in a special way?!

Question:

Does Dr. Cox on "Scrubs" whistle in a special way?

Whenever Dr. Cox whistles on the show "Scrubs", it sounds like no other whistle I have ever heard before. It almost sounds like he is whistling with his fingers, since it is so loud and shrill. Does he use some sort of weird whistling technique, or is he just very talented? Or is it dubbed?

Answers: i think he whistles a very unique whistle coz of the shape of his mouth (lips and teeth )

But he is amazing His whistle has always been distinct. :) He does have a unique whistle, it's not dubbed. He uses his lips and teeth to make the special whistle he does. It's an unusual whistle. My mom can do one like his, but I've tried and can't, although I can whistle in the "regular" way. She does it with her teeth and lips and tongue somehow.
