If I don't like a question I don't answer. That's what's great about the answer button! BTW, I do not watch Survivor. I just think the hour should be filled by something that, I don't know....makes people THINK! Have any of you ever watched anything like, perhaps The Discovery Channel? I didn't think so. Thanks for wasting a few seconds of my life in which I'll never get back!!

They have no function, except the same one afforded the people of ancient Rome: spectator cruelty; rendered vicariously. It's disgusting. The shows make fools of the participants. They have NO production values. The networks love them because they cost the networks next to nothing to produce.
AND....
I especially HATE "Survivor" because that's where that ab-so-lute-ly GHASTLY, stupid! Elizabeth what's-her-name came from, and now she's RUINING "The View". ARRRRGGH!

Actually, I am completely over ALL reality tv, but unfortunately it's not going anywhere soon. It's cheap to produce, so reality tv will remain.
*sniff* I miss re-runs! I hope not, I love it. I would want to see a celebrity Survivor! No, I still enjoy the show a lot. When I get tired of a show I just quit watching it so I never get sick of them. Thank goodness for 300+ channels and a remote. I've never seen it, and the last I heard about it was one of its winners killed his wife or something. Win all that money and then you go to jail for murder, real smart...
Anyway, I was shocked when I saw it was still airing. As I said, I never have seen it before, not a single episode, but I know it has been on the air for many years now. But the show seems to have many fans who would be disappointed to see it come to a close, and at this point CBS will just milk it for all the money it is worth and sell the old episodes to 2nd rate TV stations, like Fox did with Cops. I don't know how it is still on it is alot like that show lost noone watchs is anymore but they still r on. NO, I am not sick of Survivor because I have a remote control and when it comes on, I don't watch it. It's an amazing thing, channels. They each have many diferent shows on them, so when I get tired of one show, I change to a different channel and a whole new show comes up. Can't complain about Survivor because when I got tired of it, I stopped watching it. TV channels and remote controls are cool that way. Survivor is the "origional". It started this whole ball of REALITY TV.I still love it! so over it...it was old like 5 seasons ago... I sure hope not. I've been a Survivor fan since the very first show and have not missed any of them. Survivor China has not disappointed me so far either. Not sure who my favorite is just yet. It's still a little early in the season. :)
I do have a question for you. If you're sick of it, why do you watch? Surely there is something else you could find on TV that you'd enjoy.
