It is on Wednesdays at 7pm I like the show. It's interesting watching young kids trying to solve adult problems.
One complaint I have is that they told them about the gold star ($20,000). I wish they either wouldn't have had it at all or that they would have kept it a secret and had the council pick someone each week but not tell them. Then give them the gold star at the end of the series. The reason I say this is I would have liked to watch all the kids work to make the town successful not work hard just to win the star (money). Damn it!!!
I missed it I guess, I wanted to watch it.
When was it on? My boyfriend and I watch it together. We like it. The kids are really cute and smart. Some people think the show exploits kids but we don't. They signed up for it and no one (unless their parents are) is forcing them. It's a learning experience for them and conquering challenges will help their self-esteem.
BTW: ITS ON TONIGHT, WED @ 8PM eastern time on CBS I heard about it AFTER the reviews of the first episode.. the reviews were terrible saying it was a torture show for kids...
After I looked it up to find out more I watched it...Not only could I not wait to see the next episode, but I would have totally loved to do something like that as a kid!!!!
I think it is an awesome idea, and what a great start of a future to those who win a gold star!!!
So i am going to have to side with you on this.. I thought it was going to not only be stupid, but horrible... it is new in the season, but I am already looking forward to more! Good for Saturday morning cartoons.
Cable TV ftw. nope too many teens at home to deal with i like it, i think the concept of the show is cool, and its neat to watch the kids personalities develop as they have to take on new roles and challenges!!! Yes! I think it's a good show. The kids are so funny and are all so much more mature than I was at their age! I could never have been away from home for that long, but the kids are doing great. I can't wait for tonight's episode :-) Yes I Know But The Council Always Cause All The Problems There So That Annoys Me!! But I Still Think Its An ok Show..
